Bruno Wu
Chief Executive Officer and Secretariat-General

Dr. Bruno Zheng Wu completed his Postdoctoral studies in Investment and Finance at the University of Cambridge and Postdoctoral studies in International Politics at Harvard Kennedy School.
Dr. Wu is an accomplished and experienced entrepreneur and officer of the international investment and media industries. Dr. Wu was the former Chairman of Sun Media Group (1999-2007) and Director of Shanda Entertainment (2006 to 2009). He also served as Co-Chairman of Sina Corp from 2001 to 2002 and played a pivotal role in its business transformation.
Since 2009, he has been serving as the Co-Chairman and CEO of Sun Seven Stars Investment Group.

Dr. Ming Li
Chief Standard Officer

Dr. Ming Li holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Aalborg University Denmark and a Ph.D. in Blockchain from Fudan University. Currently he is working for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and focusing on standardization research in Blockchain, Metaverse, and Web3.0.He has published numerous high-quality papers, patents, and books, and has led or participated in various international and national standards initiatives.
Dr. Li serves also as the Executive President of the Hong Kong Web3.0 Standardization Association, Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Standard Committee, Convener of the ISO/IEC JSEG15 Metaverse Standardization Evaluation Group, and Editorial Board Member of the IET Blockchain.

Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences

Established on Dec. 31, 1978, the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences (CRAES) is China's largest government-owned, non-profit research institution of ecology and environment, affiliated to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) of China. CRAES is dedicated to carrying out basic, overarching, and strategic research on ecology and environment, to providing comprehensive, science-based solutions to national, regional, and international ecology and environment issues.

World Sustainability Science Academy

The World Sustainability Science Academy (WSSA) is a joint initiative of the Nobel Sustainability Trust (NST), PB Nobel Sustainability Capital Group (NSCG), World Sustainability Standards Organization (WSSO), and Central Bank Digital Currency Collaboration Organization (CBDCCO). Based in Paris, the Academy aims to advance sustainable development initiatives globally.

InCapture Capital

InCapture is a global sustainability technology and asset management platform dedicated to the datafication and valuation of nature-based assets, as well as the transformation of related infrastructures. InCapture invests in and promotes sustainability projects worldwide, focusing on energy transition, digital representation of nature’s biome and community ecosystems, and other climate-tech initiatives.

Web3.0 Standardization Association (Hongkong)

On January 4, 2024, the Hong Kong Web3.0 Standardization Association (W3SA-HK) was officially established at the "New Opportunities in Digital Economy Development Summit" held in Hong Kong. Among those present at the inauguration ceremony were Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Leung Chun-ying; President of the Greater Bay Area International Information Technology Association, Yang Debin; Vice President of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Zhao Ruheng; Legislative Council member, Lau Siu-lai; Deputy Researcher at the AIoT Research Institute of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Li Ming; Convener and founding Vice Chairman of the Big Data Governance Association, Che Pinjue; Chairman of OKLink, Ren Yunan; and Deputy General Manager of Wanxiang Blockchain, Du Yu.


China National Forest Farm Association

Established in 1993 with approvals from the Ministry of Forestry and registration under the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the China National Forest Farm Association is a non-profit organization composed of various forest farms, units, and experts. It currently belongs to the Central and National Authorities' Party Building Commission and coordinates with the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. It has four specialized committees, including Forest Health and Wellness.

Institute of Technical Information for Building Materials Industry

The Institute of Technical Information / Technical Supervision & Research Center for Building Materials Industry is a prominent national-level research institute with over 200 professionals. Its core missions encompass tracking global building materials technology trends and providing comprehensive industry services, including publishing, standard-setting, consulting, conferencing, training, testing, certification, and R&D.
